This is a detailed video of our nursery at Woollamia, in the Shoalhaven district of NSW, Australia. Many people have asked to see the nursery as we are a long way from any cities. Our nearest regional centre is Nowra about 15 minutes drive away. We are based very close to the pristine sands on Jervis Bay, which has the worlds whiteest sand at Hyams Beach. THE LONG LEAFED FICUS THAT WAS ACQUIRED AT WIGERT’S BONSAI NURSERY WAS SOLD TO ME WITH A WARNING ABOUT HOW SLIGHT THE ROOT DEVELOPMENT MIGHT BE. TURNS OUT THEY WERE RIGHT AND THE ROOTS ARE MINIMAL AT BEST. BUT I WANTED TO SEE HOW IT WOULD DO WITH A RADICAL TRANSPLANT TO SPHAGNUM MOSS.
